The last Pinewood Derby for the boys. It was a sad, sad day. As you can see I have two creative boys. They designed their cars, and made all the major cuts.
Alex's car was the bus from Bikini Bottom. For all you who don't know what this is, check out Sponge Bob Squarepants. His bus did really well. It was a bit overweight, so we had to pop a few windows out to ligthen the load.
Zach wanted a two faced car (Harvey Two-Face from Batman), so he did a car that is half blue and half yellow. Seeing as the cub scout colors are yellow and blue he did a great job. His was a little overweight as well, so we had to make a few modification.
It was a lot of fun, and they had a great time. Next year it is on to scouts and overnighters.
