This lovely collage is of our trip to California and Disneyland. We had a great time. As you can see we saw lots of characters, and went on lots fun rides. The twins and I went on the big rides, while mom and P went on the little rides. Mom and one of the twins enjoyed a big turkey leg. The Toy Story ride was one of the biggest hits with the whole family. Mr. P thought Pooh and Tigger were pretty awesome. He couldn't stop staring at them.
The Tiki Room turned out to be pretty fun. I have never been to the Tiki Room before this trip, and it was fun. The twins were arrested by Woody and Goofy made them show off their ears.
Mr. P got a Pooh bear, and wouldn't let anyone take it from him. To this day he still has to have it around. The Storybook Cruise was a fun time for the fam, as was King Triton's Carousel. Unfortunately, the big ferris wheel was being renovated, so we couldn't take mom on it and freak her out when the cart you're in starts moving.
We did hit the beach and Mr. P took his Faux Hawk into the ocean for the first time. The first toe dip in the water didn't go so well, but the second time he liked it. The twins built sand castles and stood where the waves would crash over them. They love the ocean, and boogie boarding.
All in all it was a great trip, and fun for all. I think we are off to Legoland next year.
